To successfully login to the help-desk you must first register if you have not done so before. It is a quick process where you will create a username and password enabling you to then login and create a ticket. This ticket system is independent of our ordering system. Placing an order on our website does not mean you are registered at our help-desk. It is a one-time process, and you can use the help-desk for future questions you have regarding BoatFix products/orders.
