Should I pick up the phone and call or use the Help Desk?
As an e-commerce company, we have structured our support to take advantage of internet technology.   The Help Desk allows us to measure the performance of our support staff and to maintain a written record of all service issues.    This record will allow us to use that data to constantly improve the site features and systems.   During peak periods, your phone call may go to voice mail - wasting your time and money.

Even email is problematic because of the sheer volume of spam and other email that arrives in our mail boxes.  It's just too easy to miss important emails.  We would, therefore, suggest that you use the Help Desk whenever possible.  Thank you.
