All return requests MUST be made in writing, through our help-desk ticket system. Please first register and login if you have not already done so, and submit a new help desk ticket with the following information:
BoatFix Order Number
Item Part Number and Quantity being returned
Reason for return- (please be specific, especially if the item is defective or damaged. In this case, if possible, attach image files of the damage/defect directly to the help-desk ticket)
The ticket will be reviewed and additional information may be requested before we approve the return based on your circumstance. Once authorized, we will reply to your ticket with return instructions and an RMA# necessary to process the return back to the appropriate returns facility.

***Submitting an order does not mean you are registered in our help-desk ticket system. This requires a one- time registration process in order to login and create a ticket.
Any order returned without an RMA number or authorization may be refused, and returned to you, or forwarded to the correct return facility at your cost.
