&lt;p&gt;&lt;a name="_MailAutoSig"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;To successfully login to the help-desk you must first register if you have not done so before.&amp;nbsp; It is a quick process where you will create a username and password enabling you to then login and create a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This ticket system is independent of our ordering system.&amp;nbsp; Placing an order on our website does not mean you are registered at our help-desk.&amp;nbsp; It is a one-time process, and you can use the help-desk for future questions you have regarding BoatFix products/orders.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;All return requests MUST be made in writing, through our help-desk ticket system.&amp;nbsp; Please first register and login if you have not already done so, and submit a new help desk ticket with the following information:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BoatFix Order Number&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;Item Part Number and Quantity being returned&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;Reason for return- (please be specific, especially if the item is defective or damaged. In this case, if possible, attach image files of the damage/defect directly to the help-desk ticket)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana; color: navy;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The ticket will be reviewed and additional information may be requested before we approve the return based on your circumstance.&amp;nbsp; Once authorized, we will reply to your ticket with return instructions and an RMA# necessary to process the return back to the appropriate returns facility.&lt;br /&gt;

				&lt;font face="Verdana" color="#000080" size="2"&gt;The Vast majority of orders ship within a day or two of order placement.  However, some products, like new electronics releases and special order parts for older engines, may not be in stock or may have to be ordered from the manufacturer.   If you need a part or product in a hurry, you can note that requirement in the comments box on the shopping cart or leave a Help Desk Ticket asking us to check stock for you.  &lt;/font&gt;

				&lt;font face="Verdana" color="#000080" size="2"&gt;As an e-commerce company, we have structured our support to take advantage of internet technology.   The Help Desk allows us to measure the performance of our support staff and to maintain a written record of all service issues.    This record will allow us to use that data to constantly improve the site features and systems.   During peak periods, your phone call may go to voice mail - wasting your time and money.&lt;/font&gt;
		&lt;/strong&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;
				&lt;font face="Verdana" color="#000080" size="2"&gt;
						&lt;strong&gt;Even email is problematic because of the sheer volume of spam and other email that arrives in our mail boxes.  It's just too easy to miss important emails.  We would, therefore, suggest that you use the Help Desk whenever possible.  Thank you.   &lt;/strong&gt;

								&lt;strong&gt;The BoatFix Store is divided into four primary sections; parts and accessories, electronics, Mercury Parts and Fishing equipment.   You can find categories of parts through the "drop down" box on the upper left corner of the main page.  Once you've opened a page, you can "click" on the "next" button to view the items on the next page or click on the "prev." button.   A copy of the catalog page, in PDF format, is available for viewing by clicking on the red page number.  To purchase any item, just click on the "add to cart" button.  You can also view a &lt;/strong&gt;
